Repairing Electrical Outlets?

I plugged my computer into the outlet and sparks went off. Now the electricity is off in two rooms. I checked and the breaker is fine. I pulled out the outlets and cannot find electricity coming to any of them. I need help?

I see some fraying there. The breaker could have blown--replace it, I would also replace any outlets with frayed wiring.
