Replaced Circuit Breaker and Still No Power?

I have changed the circut breaker and still have no power. What should I check next?

This could actually be a problem with your electric meter in your home. They do have a fuse in the meter and at times this will go bad.

Otherwise, you need to unplug all your appliances and whatever is on this circuit and try resetting it again. If you still don't have power it could be a short in the wiring and a problem with your fuse box.
