Use the ribbed part of socks as replacement cuffs on jackets, rather than purchasing new ones from the fabric store.
I wear rib topped anklets (socks) every day, and I usually wear them completely out. I use the rib topping for replacement cuffs on jackets and sweaters. On a white double knit jacket I used pink. Then cut small hearts out of the top of the stocking and appliqued them on the pockets. You could use various colors together for another look. It looks like a new jacket! If you knit you could use them for the cuffs and just turn them back.

Where can I buy replacement cuffs for a coat?

Call JoAnn Fabrics store, I believe that they sell them.
I'm sure most of the larger fabric stores have them. You could also look on their web sites. Where I live besides JoAnn Fabrics, there is also Hancock Fabrics and I think they are pretty much nation wide too.
