Can I purchase a replacement throw for my low voltage electric throw, it was purchased from PerfectfitIndustries, cord and the controller are good, but where you plug the cord into the throw one of the pins is missing.

I went through this 2 years ago with my sunbeam. They replaced my blanket free. If I had to replace it myself, it would have been cheaper to just buy a new one and I told the rep that on the phone.
