We hate to see unwanted stuff going onto landfill, and why buy expensive seating when you can repurpose? This seat was made from three old iron garden chairs that have lost their seats. We laid a piece of a concrete fence across them that a neighbour was getting rid of, to make a bench. Next to the bench we placed an upturned cement mixer barrel which we sometimes use as a seat, covering it with a cloth if we are not in our working gear. Eventually this will probably become a plant pot.
