What brand is it? Just a quick check that applies to any brand...carefully check nothing is nested anywhere in the machine. A friend had a paper wasp nest in hers and it wreaked all kinds of havoc until she got it cleaned out. SAFETY FIRST when looking! Especially if it is a wasp nest.
