Roasted Potatoes

These are my personal favorite! So easy and tasty!

Ingredients:

  • 2 baking potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • seasoned salt, to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brush unpeeled potatoes with olives oil; sprinkle with seasoned salt. Place in small baking pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until tender. 2 servings.

Servings: 2
Prep Time: less than 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 60-90 Minutes

I fix these alot too and a hint for you, add some fresh or dried rosemary. Really gives then a great taste.

Yes, namepo I was just about to say that too. We are on the same wave length with that. I am lucky to have a rosemary bush in the yard.
