I was using my Rotavator and it cut out when I hit a small root. When I went to restart it the pull cord was solid. I took off the casing to check, but the cord is fine. The actual part that spins on the engine to start is the problem. I noticed on the engine there is a crack and am wondering if the engine has blown. Do you reckon this is the case?
