I have a light green (sage) dining room with a light wood floor. The table I will be putting in is a chestnut color. I added a picture of the 2 of the rugs I'm stuck between.

Go with the top rug (frame style matches your art) - and I'd also go with layers/panels of both red and golden sheers to highlight it.
I like sage green. Make sure the curtains and the rug are the same color family.
