- 1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
- 2 cups diced celery
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 (3-4 oz) jar chopped pimentos
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups sugar or sweetener
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Combine all ingredients. Chill for 24 hours. before serving.
