- 1 can sauerkraut (1lb.)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 jar chopped pimento
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Wash sauerkraut in hot water and drain. Add next 4 ingredients. Boil sugar and vinegar. Pour over mixture while hot. Chill overnight.
