Scooter is a 7+ year old ferret. I adopted him from someone who couldn't keep him any longer. Scooter snuggles, cuddles, runs around room carrying his "babies" to safety even though he is totally blind! Ferrets can be the sweetest little, friendly critters as pets. They share their food dishes with other ferrets or even the family cat and are real lovers.

This is one of the rare beautiful photo/story that indeed brings tears to the eye. We have owned Ferrets they are sweet inquisitive little creatures.

oh hes adorable-i love ferrets,i once saw some one with two on leads in the woods(im in england)and someone came in the vets with one while i was there-but the best time was when we had just moved here,so the front door had been open a lot-later that day we discovered a ferret behind our tv-he d come from across the road-clearly wanted to check out his new neighbours!xx
