Seasoning Meat

When baking or grilling out meats, use a powdered seasoning rub to keep your meats juices inside for more tender eating. Barbecue sauces applied to the meat while grilling only makes the sauce burn onto the meat, before the meats actually have time to cook thoroughly.

Seasoning Meat

When you add sauces as marinade to meat before barbecuing, make sure you turn your meat often. Then the sauce will not burn on the meat. We are very experienced barbequers. If you cook the meat that has been marinated slowly turning often, you should have no problem, just great flavoured meat. (04/08/2005)
