I am cleaning a less than 500 sf apartment. How much should I charge to deep clean a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment? They want laundry done, refrigerator cleaned, and room decluttered and organized.

Normally to do this type of cleaning you should charge by the hour. I'm not sure if the going rate in your area is $13 or $15 an hour.
In my area people charge by the job. Know how many hours it will take you so you dont charge too little. Find out what others in your area are charging for similar jobs. B
