Siding Cleaner Left Streaks on Windows?

After using a siding cleaner last summer I have noticed what appears to be window streaks. It looks like a trail of water has run down the window. Any ideas on how to remove these?

The best product ever is good old vinegar and water. Use a newspaper to clean the window with the solution and wipe it clean.

I use vinegar and water with a couple of drops of Blue Dawn. Use a microfiber cloth and no streaks.
