Starting a Valet Trash Service?

I am starting a valet trash business with apartment complexes. I will start off charging a set amount monthly for my services, but eventually want my services to be built into the tenants' lease agreement. I don't know how to transition from one to the other. Anyone have suggestions?

I suggest that you consult with a business consultant and, perhaps, an attorney specializing in business start-ups regarding your plans. Starting out the right way with the correct information is the best platform (and money well spent!) from which to start and grow your business.

As a former manager, you need to be careful about assuming all new residents want to pay this fee. Perhaps make it an addendum so people can pick and choose.
