Storing Vegetables in the Fridge

Diamond Post Medal for All Time! 1,298 Posts

Freshly washed kale stored in a ziploc bag.Wash your vegetables and pat completely dry. Store your vegetables in a Ziploc bag, like this kale. Add a couple of paper towels into the bag. That way the towel will absorb the moisture and keep your vegetables more crisp, fresh and last longer in the fridge. I usually can keep kale in my fridge for up to 2 weeks and it will still be good to eat.
