Here is a super-easy recipe for hamburger casserole. It's infinitely adaptable, just use whatever frozen vegetables you have on hand and whatever cream soup you have on hand.
Tater Tot Casserole
1 pound ground beef
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (or vegetables of your choice)
1/2 large bag tater tots
1 can cream of chicken soup
Pat ground beef in the bottom of a 13x9-inch casserole dish. Put vegetables on top, followed by tater tots. Smother all with soup, then bake at 350 until done. (make sure hamburger is cooked through)
Sorry, I just found my recipe. It should be an 8-inch square pan (I think I used a 13x9-inch pan when I doubled the recipe), and it should bake for about 90 minutes.
