Sweet 16 Activities?

I am having my 16th birthday in about a month, and I have absolutely no idea on what to do. About 100 people are invited, it is a co-ed party. Most of the people I invited are not close friends. The theme is Southern/country. I was thinking maybe karaoke, or partner up and blind fold a person and have them put makeup on their partner. If it's not too cold there will be a bonfire, but I need some more ideas! Any advice?
