Sweet and Sour Meatballs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 can pineapple chunks (13oz. size)
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
Cook meatballs in skillet; remove. Drain fat from skillet. Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple (with juice), vinegar, and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
