Taco Salad

Easy to make, and tastes good.


  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 head of ice berg lettuce
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 can of sliced olives
  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • Ad
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 bag of corn of corn chips
  • salad dressing of your choice or salsa and sour cream
  • shredded cheddar cheese or Monterrey Jack


Brown the hamburger meat with the taco seasoning. Cook according to package direction and drain. Set aside to cool.

Tear or cut the lettuce and cut the tomato. Add the drained olives and kidney beans. Put in as much shredded cheese as you prefer. Add the cooled hamburger mixture and toss. Chill.

Put the corn chips in a ziploc bag and crunch into pieces on top on the cooled salad. Serve and add salad dressing to your preference then enjoy!
