| Turkey French Toast Sandwich
This recipe is great for using up that last bit of leftover turkey. To make filling combine turkey, onion, dressing and seasoning. Spread filling on four slices of bread and top each with another slice.

| Not Your Usual Turkey Sandwich
By Debra Frick
Now if you are like me, you cooked a turkey that was way to big for your family. Ours was a gift from our son in law, Jose. He bought us a twenty three pound bird and it was way too big, even though we fed a crowd. So for the last couple of days, we have been experimenting with turkey sandwiches.

| Roast Your Turkey In A Paper Bag
Roasting the Turkey in a clean big paper bag for the moistest turkey ever. Clean and dress turkey as usual. Take the paper bag, use a coating of oil inside the bag enough to place the turkey onto then place the turkey inside and close the bag up. Put on a rack and tuck inside the pan to roast as usual. Even if you use a pop up pin, check the turkey 20 minutes before time ends. Check the turkey for color you like. Check the drumstick, if it moves up and down, this is the doneness check.

| Easy Sweet Potatoes
Just drain most of the liquid from your can of yams or sweet potatoes. Dot with butter and sprinkle on a bit of cinnamon and brown sugar. Cover with foil and set in the oven with your bird for the last 30 minutes (at 350 degrees F) or 45 minutes (at 325 degrees F.)

| Make Moist Turkey With Brine
Do give it a try, it is easy to do, and makes all the difference in the world as to how moist the turkey is. I use apple juice, water, brown sugar, fresh rosemary, whole nutmeg, whole allspice, 1 large apple (cut in large chunks), 1 large lemon (cut in large pieces), 1 large orange (cut in large chucks), and lots of Kosher salt.

| Preschool Thanksgiving Cornucopia
This is a cornucopia my 3 yr. old grandson made in preschool. It was to be filled with things he is thankful for. I asked him to tell me about the pictures he glued in and he told me about Thomas and the toilet paper. I told him his grandma is thankful for toilet paper too.
