Another great way to use leftover turkey. Mix turkey with dressing. Put in 9x13 inch pan. Make gravy. Don't make gravy thick; should be rather thin.

| Turkey Noodle Soup

In Dutch oven, combine turkey bones and trimmings with water. Add salt, poultry seasoning, bouillon cubes and bay leaf. Bring to boil. Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour.

| Leftover Turkey Casserole

A yummy way to use up Thanksgiving and/or Christmas leftovers. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix stuffing and 1/4 cup onions in a medium bowl and spoon stuffing mixture into a 9x9 inch baking dish, gently pressing along the bottom.

This is a wonderful recipe. I made it for Thanksgiving, the whole family loved it. I used Ritz crackers in place of the bread crumbs. It is rich but very good.

| Turkey Potato Patties

A great way to use up that last bit of leftover turkey and leftover mashed potatoes. Combine potatoes, turkey, and onions. Stir in mayo, mustard, salt, Worcestershire, and pepper to taste,. Shape into four 1/2 inch thick patties.
