After Thanksgiving Casserole
In separate saucepans, cook noodles and broccoli until just tender. In another saucepan over low heat, melt butter; then blend in flour, salt, mustard, pepper and milk, cook stirring constantly until thickened.

Apple-Basted Turkey
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Spray bottom of roaster with non-stick spray. Remove skin from turkey and place in roasting pan. Pour 1 cup of apple juice over turkey. Bake, covered, basting every 30 minutes with apple juice and drippings.

Cranberry Relish
I am looking for a cranberry relish recipe, I think that is what it is called. It has whole berry cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple, and nuts, I think walnuts. I am sure one of your great readers can help me out. Thank you.

Garvin's Delectable Sweet Potato Pie
Southern comfort food that has a smooth custard texture that fills the home with the aromatic smells of the holiday. This pie takes me back in time when I spent the holidays at my Grandparents' home.

Sparkling Cranberry Juice
Here's a nice beverage for holiday meals and easy to make. All you do is add two ounces of plain sparkling water for each 8 ounces of cranberry juice. Serve in wine or champagne glasses over crushed ice for a pretty presentation.

Pecan Pie
Beat eggs well and to this add the melted margarine, syrup, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, flour, and salt; mix well. Add pecans and put into pie shell (unbaked); bake at 350 degrees F until filling is set, about 45 minutes.

Cranberry Sweet Potatoes or Yams
Here's a nice sweet potato or yam variation for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cranberry sauce and juices in a bowl. Mix corn syrup and melted butter in another bowl.

Add Pumpkin to Turkey Soup
If you are planning on making soup with leftover turkey this Thanksgiving, here's a tip for adding a little extra nutrition for your family. Put into the soup pot 1 cup of plain pumpkin. No one will ever know it's in there.
