Here's a nice beverage for holiday meals and easy to make. All you do is add two ounces of plain sparkling water for each 8 ounces of cranberry juice. Serve in wine or champagne glasses over crushed ice for a pretty presentation.

With the holidays fast approaching I want to put a little pazazzz in my punch. My friend says there is a punch that uses the special candy cane stick ice cream from Blue Bunny that comes out only this time of year. Does anybody have the recipe? I want to use it for Thanksgiving.

If you love sparkling cider, but don't want to pay extra for that little pretty champagne bottle it comes in, try this: Add a little apple juice to chilled seltzer water or club soda. Tastes just the same and you get more for your money.
