| Cranberry Cake
This is such a festive cake for either Thanksgiving or Christmas and so moist. My son who does not care much for cranberries, likes this cake. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until slightly thickened and light in color, about 5 minutes.

Combine the first 6 ingredients (this essentially makes a pumpkin custard similar to pumpkin pie filling). Pour into lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle the cake mix on top with all of the dry cake mix.

Thanksgiving Cupcakes. My daughter made these cupcakes for Thanksgiving. Took a long time but it was worth it. Tip: color only a small amount of icing at a time.

| Marshmallow Pilgrim Hats
Recipe for Marshmallow Pilgrim Hats. Here's a treat that looks old-fashioned but is made with two favorite modern-day sweets: marshmallows and chocolate. Set the chocolate-striped cookies stripes down on a wax-paper-covered tray, spacing them well apart. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
