Day After Thanksgiving Burritos
Starting with the tortilla, spread the cream cheese on it and then spread a coating (as much as you like) of the cranberry gel. One top of that, a layer of stuffing and then the turkey, and the top is the gravy.

Thanksgiving Potpies
Recipe for Thanksgiving Potpies. I do this every year with the Thanksgiving leftovers. These freeze well and are a big hit. This is what I had left over this year. Any other leftover ingredients can be used. In past years, I have had carrots, corn, sweet potatoes, you name it. Sometimes you need to make some extra gravy, veggies or potatoes to flesh out the potpies if you are lacking in leftovers in one category.

Frugal Turkey Enchiladas
I decided to use up the last of a turkey that I had in the freezer by making enchiladas. I was appalled to find that the enchilada sauce was well over $2.50 a can.

Saving Holiday Bird Broth - Freezing Turkey Broth
The holiday bird always left me with plenty of leftover broth. I use the dixie drink cups, little kid size, to save it in smaller batches. I fill the cups, cover and sit them on a cookie sheet in the freezer till frozen. Then I rip away the cup and put them in a big ziplock bag. I now have half cup cones to add to potatoes or noodles, etc.
