Make Moist Turkey With Brine
This will make even the lowest priced frozen bird rival a fresh turkey. My approach is to take a new, black plastic trash bag and use it in combination with a five gallon plastic container.

Turkey French Toast Sandwich
This recipe is great for using up that last bit of leftover turkey. To make filling combine turkey, onion, dressing and seasoning. Spread filling on four slices of bread and top each with another slice.

Not Your Usual Turkey Sandwich
By Debra Frick
Now if you are like me, you cooked a turkey that was way to big for your family. Ours was a gift from our son in law, Jose. He bought us a twenty three pound bird and it was way too big, even though we fed a crowd. So for the last couple of days, we have been experimenting with turkey sandwiches.

Roast Your Turkey in a Paper Bag

Use Every Bit of Turkey
During Thanksgiving time is the best time to buy turkeys because they are so cheap, about $7-8 (turkey breast alone is sold for that price). I have an extra little freezer in another room and I fill it with turkeys that i have bought (about 10) during the thanksgiving sales.

Cook a Turkey Breast Side Down
Do you feel that the turkey breast during the holidays is dried out? I have learned to roast the turkey with the breast side facing down. This way, all the juices constently marinate the bird.
