Take a vote from your kids. Have them suggest their ideas. Pick a few good ones then have them vote. They will feel important about being involved in the idea process. (11/10/2008)

I am from Eusoff Hall, National University of Singapore. We've been building floats every year and our Christmas theme this year might give you some ideas. We've built a shoe house a.k.a. Toy Factory this year together with a toaster with gingerbread man, a snowman, trees and a watermill.
