Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly spray foil-lined tray with cooking spray. Place the potato wedges into a large bowl and cover with water. Let the potatoes stand for 10 minutes in the water. Drain the potatoes and pat dry.

Cook the fettuccini according to the package directions and drain. Mix the sage, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper with the melted butter. Toss with the warm fettuccini.

| Pumpkin Bars and Frosting

In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin together. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg together and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 12x18 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.

| Chocolate Crackles

|
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and remove it from the heat. Add the oil and sugar and blend together well. Add 1 egg, at a time, and beat well after each egg and add the vanilla.

|
|
Mix all of the ingredients together and serve with bagel pieces. This keeps for several days in the refrigerator.

| Fruit Salad With Orange Poppy Dressing

Combine the pudding mix, orange juice and poppy seeds together. Pour the pudding mixture over the oranges, peaches and pineapple and refrigerate overnight. Add the sliced bananas and strawberries before serving.

| Christmas Salad
|
|
Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 cup hot water and add 3/4 cup cold water. Pour into 8x11 inch dish to make bottom layer. Put into refrigerator and let set up. Dissolve lemon gelatin in 1 cup hot water. Beat cream cheese into hot gelatin.

| Ma's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

|
Cream the shortening, brown sugar and sugar together and add the eggs. Dissolve the baking soda in hot water, and add the salt and vanilla. Combine the two mixtures together. Stir in the flour and add the oatmeal and chocolate chips.
