Festive Holiday Bark
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. In medium saucepan, melt candy coating over low heat, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Spread mixture thinly on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.

No Say Meringue
Combine the first 2 Tbsp. sugar, cornstarch and water blending well. Cook over medium heat until thick and clear. Cool completely and set aside.

Cheddar and Chive Beer Bread
I am not in to baking bread but this recipe is so darn tasty and easy that I simply can't resist. Hint: You can substitute the chives with basil, cilantro, or even minced onions as yummy variations.

Canned Pork Sausage
Using the canned pork you get from Pantry. Open and drain the water off of the canned pork, but leave the fat. Break up the pork with a fork. Mix in the seasonings as directed, or add to suit your taste.
