How do get my broken Corningware replaced with the lifetime replacement warranty?

Take a picture of the broken item, showing the Corningware's emblem. Usually located on the bottom of the bake or cookware & email it to the customer satisfaction/consumer marketing department as proof of authenticity. Along with your request for replacement under the Corningware lifetime warranty clause, included with purchase of the bake/cookware item.
I believe you have to send it in to the company. Try going to their website. Google the company name to find the website.
