No. In changing seasons the paint will flake and peel badly. We just bought a house where the previous owners did just that. We have to scrape off everything.

Another no, the only one to exchange is exterior for interior use. This was recommended by a paint contractor and a decorator. Tougher finish for kitchens and bathrooms in particular.
