Using Small Containers of Applesauce

Even the small jars of applesauce go bad before I can use all of it. I like to use it in baking as a substitute for part of the oil. Whenever I can stack my coupons with a sale, I will buy the individually packed cups of applesauce. Each one is 1/4 cup, so it is easy to use just what I need. No waste at all!
