Chocolate-Covered Cherries
Melt coating ingredients over double boiler and keep over water while dipping. Mix remaining ingredients and place in refrigerator until firm. If mixture is sticky; add powdered sugar.

Passion in a Pan
A Valentine's Day dessert. My Mom used to make this for Dad and she would prepare it in the Angel Food cake ring. She wrapped the pan's outside in foil to decorate it, and placed a bud vase with a rose in it in the middle.

Heart-Shaped Scones
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add sugar and melted butter. Beat till creamy, let mixture cool. Add eggs and milk or yogurt, and mix till blended.

Coffee Glazed Pecans

Heart Shaped Cheese Pieces
Aren't these little hearts cute? Guess you could use all kinds of shapes as long as you had the little cookie cutters. I asked the deli man to slice my cheese about 1/8" or so and pressed out the cheese and placed it on the crackers.
