We have dad's yellow metal hand mower. It is a Clemson hand push mower. One wheel on the outside is labeled Clemson Bros Inc. Middletown, New York USA. On the inside wheel, a green tag says Clemson E 17 model L. It works. Could you tell us the approximate value of this hand mower? Thank you!

I found an ad for a similar mower. They were asking $50. www.jlaforums.com/
Not sure what year this is but you may be able to date it with information from memories.
This is not a common mower but actually not very many of these are very valuable as there are only two kinds of people interested in these - one is a collector and the mower has to be more rare than your and in excellent condition (or very fixable condition) and second type os someone who has a true "lawn" and can cut it with a push mower (not too many will buy a push mower even if they have this type of lawn).
The mower Judy is referring too was sold in 2014 and sold for $40 and the seller had to pay for shipping which may have left him with $20 profit if he did not buy the mower. Not much for all that work.

There is a similar mower listed on eBay (8/2017) but looks to be in pretty good shape and it is listed as "pick up only" which means that it has to be sold to someone in that area.

Here is a link to another piece of info on similar mower.
If you are interested in selling your mower, I would suggest you list it on Craigslist (or any other local auction site) with a starting price of maybe $65 or more and see if you get any interest - if not - you can always reduce the price.
I appreciate the list of sites and the estimated values as well. Thank you all for your wonderful help.
They are only worth about 40 dollars. You can watch on E-Bay for yourself over the next couple of months.Watch what they sell for.Look at actual sales and not just listed prices.
