Value of Special Edition Collectible Doll?

My doll is brand new in the box, and it has a certificate of authenticity. It has blonde hair, with curls, and with pink headband. She is wearing a white fancy blouse with 3 pearl buttons, pink waist bow, pink long sleeved sweater, black skirt with pink/white poodle, and gold curled leash. It also has white lace bloomers, white lace stockings, and pink strap shoes. I would like to know what it is worth.
