Vomit on a Leather Couch

My son vomitted on our leather couch. We cleaned it with leather wipes, conditioner and our steam vac inbetween the cushions on the fabric. The odor is still there the next day. Any suggestions on eliminating the odor safely from the leather?

We have pets and have discovered a spray called Nature's Miracle at the pet store that used natural enzymes to clean urine and feces odors caused by pets. The spray destroys the source of the odor rather than covering it. You could try that but test it on a spot first. It never has harmed any fabric or wood or anything we have, but you never know. It might work. Have heard of people using full strength lemon juice for odors but have never tried that. Also that spray Febreeze might help but I don't know. (07/27/2006)
