Walking Makes Buttocks and Legs Tired?

Whenever I walk some 200 feet, my lower back gets tired which radiates downwards to my legs. What causes it?

I suffered from that, plus pain just from sitting. My VA Dr sent me to physical therapy where they taught me exercises to tone the muscles we use for walking. Pain problems disappeared. I'd bet those same exercises can be learned from the internet. Most of those exercises are performed while lying in bed or on a floor mat. Surprised?

I would also suggest a trip to a chiropractor; usually easier to schedule in than physiotherapy, often faster to get you back in adjustment, and equally able to suggest exercises. I know there are many people that "do not believe in chiropractors", but my answer to that is to say that we are not talking about the tooth fairy, but about a medical practitioner with specialized training.
