My Bosch machine is 3 years old and I have tried every cycle to see if they react differently, but I am not getting drier clothes. They just come out soaking.

I have a bosch 500 nexxt series. It did the same thing. We had the repair guy come out and the problem was it was off center (not level). Leveled it and its been fine since. It is a front loader, is yours? Make sure it is level.
