Water Damage on a Linoleum Floor?

We came back from vacation and the sink had leaked. We fixed the sink but now the linoleum/vinyl has buckled and puffy in areas. Should I pull it up or wait till it completely dry? I am nervous what under the floor. Any ideas?

We had a dishwasher leak & called our House Insurance Company & they covered the full cost for replacing the damaged wood under the linoleum and the new floor, too.
