Wedding Reception Food Ideas
I'm getting married on October 3rd at 3pm and reception to follow. I need the reception to be cheap. I want to know if it would be inappropriate to have cake, punch, coffee, and no food? Would that be a bad idea at that time of the day?

Creative Ways to Serve Fruit
I was attempting to create a palm tree made from pineapples for a fruit display. In the process, I discovered a creative way to "cut up" my pineapple. I always see pineapples cut into squares or triangle slivers, and I was looking for something different and unusual.

Asking Wedding Guests to Bring Finger Foods
I am looking for ideas for our wedding reception in June. It will be indoors. This is our second marriage and we want to keep things simple and inexpensive. Would it be tacky to tell guests to bring finger foods to the reception? My aunt is making the cake and we are serving pink lemonade punch.

Freezing Homemade Foods for Wedding
Can I freeze homemade coconut macaroons and homemade fudge? My daughter is getting married in February and I'm doing the catering for 150 people. Things like chicken turnovers, rice balls, dips and sweet stuff. Most of the savories can be frozen but I don't know if I can freeze little cakes and other sweet things. Please help. I'm doing it single handed and I need to pace myself!
