Someone was selling him online saying he's German Shepherd. When I got there he looked nothing like one. They say he's 4 months old, but I think he's older. I don't know what he's mixed with. He's a short legged dog.

Only the vet can help you determine the dog's age. However, I don't think he is a German Sheperd at all. But only a DNA test can tell if he is mixed with German Sheperd or not. You can now buy them online or through some local pet shops. Do the test at home and this will determine if he is actually a German Sheperd or not.
