She's a stray dog that I found whining in a deserted area in the streets of Egypt at the age of only 2 weeks.There was no sign of her mom or litter mates at all. I bottle fed her puppy milk formula and as she grows up she seems to be very clever. She's about 3 or 4 weeks now and she started teething. I am just wondering what her breed is?

She's beautiful! As to her breed, she's so young it's hard to tell - a veterinarian might be able to tell, can you take her to a vet clinic?
Whatever breed she may be, it's clear you're taking very good care of her - she looks very healthy!
When she gets bigger we'll be able to guess. Right now she is a fuzzy baked potato.
