What Breed Is My Dog?

This is my 6 month old dog and I have no idea what he is. He's a little bit bigger than a Chihuahua. He's stopped growing, but not his hair. He's got very tiny paws but a big head with pointed ears lol. He is also very vocal and obedient. If you know what he is, please let me know.
