I found her abandoned a week ago, she is about 40cm long, lightweight, and playful. She might be 3-4 months old. What might be her breed? Terrier and/or something?

of course to truly see what sort of dog she is, a vet's attention, and possibly a DNA test, are the only way to tell.
Unless you want to breed the dog, it doesn't matter. You will have to invest $100 for a vet to do a DNA test to be sure.
