I think it's a combination of several breeds. You can have a DNA test done to find out the bloodlines.
You will need to take the dog to the vet's to start their shots. Ask your vet if he can tell you the different breeds of your dog. If you are worried you can have a DNA test done at the vets or purchase one online and do it yourself at home.
It looks like a german shep terrier mix

It may just be a Heinz 57 American mix with maybe predominate German Shepard.
DNA tests are popular and cost $50 to 200 dollars and can be found at most pet stores, on line and from your vet. Since your puppy is young I'm sure you will be taking him/her to the vet for a check up and start shots/vaccinations so that would be a good time to ask about the breed.
