What Breed Is My Dog?

I was told this is a Lab and Husky mix. He weights around 7 lbs and his almost 3 months old. He has one blue (left) eye and the other is black or brown (right). He does howl sometimes, but not much and rarely barks.

I know that he is too young to know all that and do all the stuff as an adult dog would. If you could please let me know that he is what, I think he is.
