I was so lucky to rescue, rehabilitate, and adopt her forever. We think she is a Belgian Malinois, but maybe a cross? Any suggestions of what breed you think she could be would be very welcomed.

I agree she is a Belgian Malinois (our daughter raises them). To see if she is a purebred, you would need to have a DNA test from your vet.
