What Breed Is My Dog?

I recently got a puppy off of Craig's List and the lady sold her as a Chorkie, the vet also said she might be one. But just by looking at pictures of other Chorkies I don't think so. At first I thought she was a Jack Russell Terrier, but her hair is a bit longer than what they normally have. Then I searched Yorkie and Jack Russell mixes and she looks a lot like one!

Especially because of how her hair grows in on her face. Also, her tail curls over onto her back most of the time when she's walking, but it's not very curly, only the tip touches. Also any idea on her age? The lady said three months, but I'm not too sure.
