She has a beautiful, soft, blonde coat with a white chest, white paws, and a little white poof on the very end of her tail. She has a funny personality and is really hyper around people. She is super sweet and hardly ever barks. She's really lazy, but loves going on walks. She weighs about 60-70 pounds and is 3 years old.

I'm not really sure what the breed of your dog is. I know for a fact this dog is several breeds mixed together. I know some people call this type of dog a Heinze 57 mix.
in your case there is only one possibility to figure this one out. it is with a DNA test. Sorry it is hard to narrow it down otherwise.
I think there is some hound in her. You would need to do a DNA test to find the bloodline.
