She is a rescue. They said Lab/Mastiff. She is around 18-20 lb at 13 weeks.

Looks as though she might have a little Boxer in there, too, with the Lab and Mastiff. She's not as jowly as many Mastiff but she certainly has the flat-broad Mastiff head.
Try an online image search using various combinations of the three breeds - I've identified many 'what's my dog' types that way. The vet is of course your first and usually best guide for identifying breeds but those image search results are very helpful.
Finally - WOW is that a gorgeous dog! She's just beautiful:)
